Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has appointed Elisabeth Ibeson as Chief People Officer, subject to regulatory approval.
Ibeson brings more than 30 years’ experience in HR gained in UK and international roles delivering business transformation and performance in change environments and is a specialist in recruitment and development. Prior to joining TMK, Ibeson led the HR function at Gallagher for eight years, where she developed the team and people practices to support rapid business growth through acquisitions.
Her appointment follows the departure of Group Head of HR Nigel Clemson, who retired in September after nearly five years with the firm.
Brad Irick, CEO of TMK, said: “People and culture are at the heart of our strategy and we have made significant progress in this area in the past year thanks to the engagement and support of our people. Elisabeth will help us further our ambition to make our culture a competitive advantage as we continue our efforts to build an empowering, open and inclusive environment in which all of our people can thrive.”
