They also add depth to its wealth of talent in insurance, supply chain, and technology.

The new team members include:
Carl Pearse, Chief Technology Officer
Carl joins as CTO at Loadsure, playing a pivotal part in shaping the future of the company’s technology infrastructure while scaling its freight insurance products and distribution. Previously serving as CTO at Super Payments, Carl brings his world-class experience in driving growth and leading technology teams in early to mid-stage companies.
Tara Farrer, Chief of Staff
In her new role as Chief of Staff, Tara bolsters the CEO and executive team by driving strategic initiatives, enhancing cross-functional alignment, and enabling high-impact decision-making. She is focused on scaling operations, streamlining business processes, and driving execution across priority programs to accelerate Loadsure’s growth. Prior to Loadsure, Tara was SVP of Operations at APEXX Global and was named one of the top 25 women leaders in financial technology in Europe in 2022 by the Financial Technology Report.
Prathap Chandran, EVP of Data
Prathap joins Loadsure as EVP Data, overseeing data strategies to drive innovation in the freight insurance industry. His role includes harvesting internal and third-party data assets to optimize internal insurance operations, fuel Loadsure’s AI-driven risk and pricing models, and enable actionable insights for Loadsure’s freight community. Prathap previously served as Enterprise Engineering Manager at Meta and Head of Technology AI at Liquidnet.
Jeremy Davis, EVP of Strategy
Jeremy joins Loadsure as EVP Strategy, where he spearheads business planning, identifies market opportunities, and aligns organizational goals to drive long-term business growth and insurance innovation. He brings a deep understanding of strategic planning, business and market analysis, and digital strategy to Loadsure, having built and sold a leading fintech business. Most recently, Davis served as Chief Operating Officer at Umbra Capital Partners.
Daisy Dong, EVP of Product
Daisy steps into the role of EVP Product, where she guides Loadsure’s freight-protection product vision, strategy, and development, leveraging AI, automation, and data insights to ensure its offerings meet the needs of the freight industry. Prior to Loadsure, Daisy was Group Head of Product Proposition and Head of Product and Pricing, Europe at bolttech. She has also held product management and actuary roles at Vitality, Swiss Re, and Standard Chartered Bank.
David Goldberg, EVP of Marketing
Dave joins Loadsure as EVP Marketing, leading the company’s marketing strategy to acquire and activate customers, promote its innovative freight protection products, and build the Loadsure brand. Goldberg brings 35 years of experience in insurtech, transportation, and logistics, and B2B financial services marketing to Loadsure. Most recently, Dave served as Head of Marketing at Cover Whale, and also held senior marketing roles at small commercial insurtechs such as Next Insurance and AP Intego.
Kristy Neal, Head of Growth
As Head of Growth, Kristy spearheads the expansion of the company’s insurance distribution channels while developing new product opportunities to enhance Loadsure’s market presence. She brings deep expertise in both the insurance and freight transportation sectors, most recently holding positions as Head of Enterprise Business at Cover Whale, Vice President of Business Development and Insurance Programs at Overhaul, and Vice President, U.S. Affinity Placement Programs at Marsh.
Matthew Dybus, VP of Ocean Marine
Matthew Dybus joins Loadsure as VP of Ocean Marine, where he is responsible for underwriting Loadsure’s Ocean Marine insurance risks, ensuring that risks are accurately assessed and priced to provide comprehensive freight protection coverage for Loadsure’s shipper and freight-broker customers. Previously, Matt served as Senior Cargo Underwriter at Liberty Mutual, and Senior Broker with Marsh, specializing in the supply chain industry.
Brian Hanuschak, VP of Inland Marine
Brian Hanuschak has been appointed as VP of Inland Marine, where he is responsible for underwriting Inland Marine insurance coverage, focusing on evaluating and managing risk to ensure optimal protection for Loadsure’s policyholders. Before his role at Loadsure, he served as Underwriting Team Lead and Senior Inland Marine Underwriter at AIG. Additionally, Hanuschak worked as a producer at Hanuschak Insurance Agency and as an account manager at Risk Placement Services.
Michael Kennedy, VP of Partnerships
Michael Kennedy joins Loadsure as VP of Partnerships, where he is responsible for developing and expanding strategic partnerships with logistics service providers, freighttech platforms, and other enterprise partners to create embedded access to Loadsure’s holistic freight protection offerings. He founded RFP Lab, a tech-enabled transportation procurement solution serving shippers managing their contract truckload capacity, and Freighttech.net, a platform offering verified research to guide freighttech buyers. Prior to Loadsure, Michael served as Strategic Sales Manager at Trimble Maps and worked with Echo Global Logistics as a sales and operations manager.
