BMS, the independent specialist insurance and reinsurance broker, today announces the appointment of Roanne Gibbs as global human resources (HR) director, with immediate effect. In her new role, Gibbs will be responsible for the alignment of BMS’s HR strategy and initiatives across its businesses around the world. She will also join the group executive team where she will be a strong voice for employees, diversity, and inclusion.
Gibbs joined BMS in 2015 and brings more than 15 years of experience in talent management and leadership development. She was previously at Ed Broking for 11 years, where she was most recently HR director.
