The Whitespace Platform is a modern and integrated trading system for the global (re)insurance markets. It enables brokers and underwriters to offer, negotiate, place and bind (re)insurance contracts with each other, in a truly digital form.
Haggie Partners started working with Whitespace in July 2021. At the time, its company LinkedIn page had 1,500 followers. Today, due to the success of our work in promoting its capabilities, the LinkedIn following has grown to more than 7,000 followers, a dramatic increase of 367%.
Whitespace has a special culture that allows the company to pursue efficient digitised processes without forgoing the benefits of a people and relationship driven marketplace. Both these aspects are highly valued by the firm’s leadership and are considered crucial to the company’s success. Social media has been an important tool both in promoting and in nurturing this Whitespace culture and community. Together, we create content that provides transparent communication with its customers and also unites and informs Whitespace employees.
Our approach is one of partnership. We work in close collaboration with Whitespace, holding regular meetings to stay up to date with all the company news so that our social media strategy supports its communication objectives and elevates brand awareness and website traffic.
As well as business related content such as product releases, case studies, thought leadership blogs, event attendance, commentary on industry topics and extracts of interviews from senior management, we also feature regular ‘spotlights on’ where we hear from Whitespace’s people about their roles, their careers and the opportunities they see in the industry, Whitespace’s CSR work and much more.
