He retains his role as BDM – North. Prior to joining iprism in 2017 he held similar roles at Qdos Underwriting, AXA and Barclays.
Meadows’ appointment concludes the strategic repositioning of iprism’s BDM team, following iprism’s transformational redevelopment in 2018. Under his leadership, the team will offer a more flexible, responsive and proactive approach to supporting the growth ambitions of iprism’s broker partners.
The BDM team form a core part of iprism’s customer-centric approach, where broker, BDM and underwriter are more closely aligned to enhance their ability to understand individual risks on a case-by-case basis and target opportunities for mutual benefit.
